Manual Osteopathic Therapy

Visceral therapy: organs
Organs are assessed to make sure that they aren’t restricted and they are in the right position for a better circulation. Gentle manupulation is used to restoring the connective tissues' function. Most common are digestive system problems, prenatal issues and post prenatal symptoms. Restriction in an organ can have an impact on bowel movement and function of bladder. Dislocation of big intestines can lead to shooting pain to lowerback.
Craniosacral therapy: skull, hips and spinal column
This is a very gentle technique to adjust cranial bones and hip bones in order to help with migraines, hip pain, post concussion symptoms and relieve emotional stress as well as trouble sleeping.
Osteoarticular technique: bones and joint alignment
It works with muscle energy technique moving and resisting in a pain free manor to correct dislocation in joints and dysfunction in muscles. Common areas needing therapy are hips, shoulders, elbow and knees.
Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy can loosen restrictions and adhesions in the tissue and provide relaxation of muscles and tendons by detoxifying. Most of dislocations of spine can be adjusted by cupping without manipulation. Cupping also can improve blood flow and immunity by increasing lymphatic output and reduce inflammation.
Our new cupping technique will not keep cups on more than 15 min in order to clear more blockages on energy channels in one session. Therefore the coloring on skin won't be so dark as traditional ones. The coloring on skin tells the level of toxin in your system, it goes from pink all the way to purple. The darker it is, the more sessions required to detoxify the whole body.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic system is a filter of waste products and abnormal cells. Lymphatic drainage can help excess fluid from soft tissues returning to bloodstream. It can also help the body to absorb fat and protect your body against invaders such as bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi.
Lymphedema happens when your tissues retain fluid left behind after your cardiovascular system sends blood to your tissues and organs. After activating the lympahtic valves which are on the neck, armpit, inguinal joint and behind the knees, the procedure will starts to push lymph to your heart via a network of lymph vessels and lymph nodes.
Fascia Release

Fascia release can reduce pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. We use a special tool to send light vibration to stimulate the nerves to relax the muscles and tendons. With our special technique, we can open the pores to allow the acid which is accumulated from excessive oxidation releasing from the soft tissues in order to reduce inflammation and pain.
We sometimes will get more oxygen than we needed from breathing, the extra element O is going to combine with the carbon in our body to form C03 which is acid. Acid can cause inflammation and pain in our weak parts. By releasing CO3 with Fascia release, it can help to relieve plantar fascia pain, to ease headaches and back pain, even joint pain.
